Fur-equently Asked Questions

General

Q: Can I bring my pet? A: Of course! PawsCon is a pet-friendly event. Dogs, cats, and other well-behaved companion animals are welcome. Please ensure vaccinations are current.

Q: What if my pet doesn't get along with other animals? A: We have designated quiet zones and separate areas. Our staff can help you navigate the venue to avoid crowded areas. Some sessions are human-only.

Q: Is there parking? A: Yes! The Pawsadena Convention Center has ample parking. Pet-friendly rideshare is also available — look for the PawsCon code in your registration email.

Sessions

Q: Do I need to register for individual sessions? A: No! All sessions are included with your PawsCon registration. Seating is first-come, first-served.

Q: Can I ask questions during sessions? A: Yes! Sessions marked with Live Q&A allow real-time questions through the PawsCon app. You can also rate sessions to help us improve.

Q: What if a session is full? A: Don't worry — most sessions are repeated or have overflow viewing in the Grand Ballroom. The schedule is your best friend (after your pet).

Food & Drink

Q: Are meals included? A: All lunches and dinners listed in the schedule are included. Breakfast is available for purchase at the café.

Q: Is the food actually pet-themed? A: The names are punny, but the food is gourmet human cuisine crafted by our celebrity chef Woofgang Puck. No actual kibble is served (unless you ask very nicely).
